Vixtoria Salomonsen (1997) is a Danish photographer and video artist born in Copenhagen Denmark, based in between Copenhagen and Berlin.Working with an empathic gaze and through a collaborative practice, their work mainly focuses on relationships between photographer and subject-matter. With themes that are coming of age, love and care. This, portrayed with an intimate view in both stills and moving images.

Their work has been shown at Het National Theater aan het Spui, CPH:DOX, Queer Lisboa, Fotografisk Center, The Grey Space In The Middle, Kaltblut Magazine, Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Council+ and Artburst Berlin (among others).

Vixtoria Salomonsen graduated from the photo school Fatamorgana in 2017 and has a bachelor in photography from The Royal Academy of Art, Den Haag, 2023. Now studying their MFA at Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg (HFBK).
